She holds experience and interest in supporting individuals dealing with mental health concerns including mood and anxiety disorders, low self-esteem/confidence, motivation issues, work related concerns, vocational barriers, and sleep disturbances. She has also previously provided treatment to support individuals experiencing mental health concerns and assist in overcoming barriers to unemployment.

She has had considerable experience of work in India before completing further psychology studies in Australia. Jinal has about 5 years of collective experience working overseas and in Australia with people of diverse social and cultural backgrounds.
She uses an integrative approach, drawing upon evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychoeducation, Supportive counselling and she combines elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
