Erin takes on a person-centred, humanistic approach where she encourages each client to guide their therapeutic work based on their specific goals and experiences. Erin’s primary focus is to develop strong therapeutic relationships with her clients to allow them to feel understood, respected, and empowered in their therapeutic journey. Erin believes that providing a supportive and open space allows clients to share in the experience of improved insight and wellbeing and grants them the autonomy to guide their own future.

Experience & Techniques
Erin has a background working in the community mental health sector. Here, she supported individuals through their mental health challenges to define their own lifestyle outcomes and live independently. This has given Erin a wide range of experience with different presentations and an appreciation for prioritising client identified goals. Erin has particular interest in working across older adolescence and young-mid adulthood with various mental health concerns including anxiety, mood disorders, eating disorders, adjustment difficulties, stress, and self-esteem.
Erin uses a wide range of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy.
