Holly is a friendly and warm clinician with a gentle and person-centered approach to therapy. Holly’s uses trauma informed and evidence based methods to work collaboratively with her clients to reach their therapy goals. When Holly is not at work she enjoys running, surfing, camping, and spending time with her dogs.

Having a background in Dementia research Holly is passionate about translating research into clinical practice and she is currently finishing off her PhD and teaching at her university, alongside practicing as a Provisional Psychologist.

Experience & Techniques

Holly Graduated with an Honours Degree in 2017 and has since worked in a number of sectors including private health, non for profit, tertiary education and training, research and policy, as well as clinical trials. Holly has an appreciation of all walks of life and has developed an eclectic interest in degenerative diseases, genetic conditions, perinatal health, and problematic behaviours associated with trauma and/or intellectual disability such as inappropriate toileting, problematic sexualised behaviour, and aggression.

Holly adapts her therapeutic approach based on the needs of her clients. Holly uses elements of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
