As a passionate and experienced Provisional Psychologist, she has a well-developed strategic and innovative mind that enables hr to assist others overcome psychological barriers that often preclude and disadvantages individuals in achieving their goals. Working to empower individuals through trauma informed practices, motivational interviewing techniques; aligning their values with agreed goals, she aims to shift mindsets and behavioural paradigms to increase self-esteem whilst maintaining a clear concurrent focus on their psychological health intervention.
