As a passionate and experienced Provisional Psychologist, she has a well-developed strategic and innovative mind that enables hr to assist others overcome psychological barriers that often preclude and disadvantages individuals in achieving their goals. Working to empower individuals through trauma informed practices, motivational interviewing techniques; aligning their values with agreed goals, she aims to shift mindsets and behavioural paradigms to increase self-esteem whilst maintaining a clear concurrent focus on their psychological health intervention.

Christina journey over the past fifteen years demonstrates a caring and conscientious Leader, Counsellor, Mediator, Trainer and Researcher with extensive knowledge and experience across private and public sectors, providing assessment, advice, support, rehabilitation and treatment to a wide range of clients.
