The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is an Australia-wide mental health initiative designed to help employees better cope with the daily stresses of work and life. This voluntary and confidential service is available to employees across the business, as well as their affected family members and dependents. In most cases, your employer will make this service available to you upon request, at no direct cost to you or your family. The services are provided by external EAP providers like us, who specialize in psychology and mental health and are wholly committed to your well-being.
Under our Employee Assistance Program, we provide critical incident management to help your organization effectively navigate and recover from unexpected crises. Our experienced team offers immediate support and guidance in the aftermath of critical incidents, such as accidents, natural disasters, or workplace emergencies. We help your employees cope with trauma, reduce stress, and foster resilience.
Tonic Psychology acknowledges the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation, who are the Traditional Owners of the land on which we live and work, and pay our respects to Elders past and present.
