Experiences and Techniques

Jordan's experience working with a diverse range of individuals, he recognises that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. He tailors his approach to each client’s unique needs, emphasising collaboration and open communication. By integrating various therapeutic techniques. Jordan completed his Master of Professional Psychology and began his internship in 2023, gaining hands-on experience in both therapy and psychological assessment. During this time, he developed skills in various therapeutic modalities, psychological assessments, comprehensive report writing, and staying informed on current research. His work provided him with valuable experience supporting the neurodiverse community and collaborating with children, adolescents, adults, and parents. After completing his internship, Jordan continued working in the therapy and assessment space, supporting individuals of all ages. Over time, he developed a strong passion for working with adolescents, young adults, neurodiverse individuals, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Jordan incorporates a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques
