General Psychologist
Jacky is a registered psychologist with five years of post-graduate experience. He provides psychological treatment and assessments for children, adolescents, and adults, with or without mental health diagnoses. Throughout his previous roles, he has worked with individuals aged 4 and above from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. His strengths as a psychologist include his ability to build strong therapeutic relationships and support clients in making meaningful changes by developing practical skills and helpful thinking patterns. He often incorporates mindfulness and distress-tolerance techniques into his sessions, and he prioritises working collaboratively with each client to ensure that their goals and needs guide the therapeutic process.

Jacky has worked in both private practices and NGOs in his 5 years post graduate experience. Jacky has worked with clients with highly diverse needs due to some of his previous roles being mainly community-based, he is confident in delivering effective therapy in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. A unique thing about Jacky is that, after graduating for 5 years, he is just about to start his registrar program to become a clinical psychologist! Jacky uses CBT, ACT, DBT, Mindfulness in his therapeutic techniques
