She has a strong background in Clinical Psychology, holds a Ph.D. in the field, and brings over five years of experience in individual, couple, and family therapy. Maryam tailors her therapeutic approach to each person’s unique needs, using evidence-based methods such as CBT, EFT, and Systemic Family Therapy. Her sessions are built on trust, collaboration, and empowerment, helping clients gain deeper self-awareness, develop healthier relationships, and build resilience in the face of life’s difficulties.
