Lynda has extensive experience in the past treating clients from presentations from crisis intervention, veterans and their families to private practice where she has supported clients from a vast range of presentations and age populations.

Lynda’s skills lean toward supporting clients to well-being and having their best life especially post pandemic. Lynda also has a special interest in treating anxiety, OCD, depression, grief& loss personal, trauma and PTSD, workplace issues and relationship issues with a range of clients from across the life span. Lynda can use an eclectic approach to suit the client needs where she may implement Mindfulness Based cognitive therapy, Acceptance & Commitment therapy, Interpersonal therapy, Emotion focused therapy, Psycho-dynamic therapy and some solution focused therapy.

Lynda studied in Melbourne and holds a Post Graduate degree in Psychology and a Gottman Diploma in relationship counselling.
