Josh began his career as a support worker in severe mental health, gaining firsthand experience with complex mental health challenges such as schizophrenia and substance use. Now a psychologist, he provides compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals facing a range of difficulties. Beyond clinical work, Josh has supported athletes, e-sports athletes, and employees in managing stress and optimising performance in high-pressure environments.
