Christina works hard to build trust, understanding and to establish mutual respect. She believes this is the most important part for her patients, their families, carers and support people. As a passionate and experienced Psychologist, she has a well-developed strategic and innovative mind that enables her to assist others overcome psychological barriers that often preclude and disadvantages individuals in achieving their goals. Working to empower individuals through trauma informed practices, motivational interviewing techniques; aligning their values with agreed goals, she aims to shift mindsets and behavioural paradigms to increase self-esteem whilst maintaining a clear concurrent focus on their psychological health intervention.

Christina's journey over the past fifteen years demonstrates a caring and conscientious Leader, Counsellor, Mediator, Trainer and Researcher with extensive knowledge and experience across private and public sectors, providing assessment, advice, support, rehabilitation and treatment to a wide range of clients. She has worked with clients who have experienced trauma, injury, learning and intellectual difficulties, hardship, violence and other personal issues. Christina works with a range of techniques including CBT, MI, ACT, Skills Training, Narrative, Psychotherapy, Vocational, Regulation of Dysregulation, Solution Focused, DBT Therapies.
